Terms and conditions
1. Scheduling Policy: Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. A $25 fee will apply for late cancellations or no-shows. Repeated missed appointments may result in membership suspension.
3. Membership Renewal: Memberships renew automatically each month, unless canceled 15 days before the renewal date. Membership fees are non-refundable.
4. Credit Rollover: Unused refill credits roll over.
5. Transfer Policy: Memberships and refill credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
6. Upgrade Option: Members may upgrade to a higher lash style (e.g., Classic to Volume) by paying the price difference at the time of service
7. Refill Window: To qualify as a refill, appointments must be scheduled within 2–3 weeks of the last lash service. Refills booked after 3 weeks may be charged as a full set.
8. Discounts: Membership discounts apply to regular-priced services only and cannot be combined with other promotions or gift cards.
9. Policy Updates: Omni Beauty Spa reserves the right to modify pricing, terms, or benefits with notice to members.
