General Policies

PRICES & PROMOTIONS – We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. 

GIFT CARDS – Gift cards may be used toward any service or product offered at Omni Beauty Spa, however some restrictions do apply. Gift cards may not be used on any promotional or discounted offers. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Treatment Cancelation Policy (non-members)

In consideration of other guests and our esthetician, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

 

Most of our treatments require a $20 deposit, that will be applied to the total cost of your treatment.

For appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance of an appointment, you may reschedule up to 1 (one) time within 3 (three) weeks of your original appointment. If appointment is not rescheduled within the given time frame, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be applicable towards future appointments or gifts/gift vouchers.

For appointment canceled more than 24 hours in advance of an appointment, you may reschedule up to 1 (one) time within 3 (three) weeks of your original appointment. If appointment is not rescheduled within the given time frame, your initial deposit will be refunded or will be applied as a credit towards your account for any future appointments or gifts/gift vouchers.

For appointment who do not notify nor show up for an appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be applicable towards future appointments or gifts/gift vouchers.

Members/Membership Policy

Ours Annual Memberships are designed for you to be able to indulge in treatments and/or products all year round, hassle-free. 

 

A 30-day written notice before next scheduled payment is required to cancel the membership plan. No refunds will be issued after monthly membership due has been charged or paid in full. Products given to the member during his/her the membership period will be charged based on 20% discount from original price listed in our website. All facials performed will be calculated at a price of $100. In case of cancelation following freezing of membership, same policy applies based on number of products given and facials performed

For appointments CANCELED less than 24 hours in advance of an appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $15 penalty to your account. 

For No SHOW of a confirmed appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $30 penalty to your account.

Gift Return & Refund Policy

Omni Beauty Spa hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a store credit on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition.
